Q: What does this page (the Login page) allow?
This page allows a Member to sign into their account at NotAProblem. In order to Login, complete both fields within this form (the Login and the Password fields) and click the Login button. Only logged in Members may create Project Requests, post Deals, Bookmark, Message (both publicly and privately), Send to Friend (sending a page's link to another party), Request Quotes, Submit Quotes, and Grab Deals.
Q: What is a Login?
A Login is the identifier an individual uses within our community to interact with other people. It must be at least five characters long and will be visible to all users.
Q: What is a Password?
A Password is a form of security which allows Buyers and Service Providers to safely access their account. The password must be between six and forty characters long and contain at least one number. Please keep a record of your Password because NotAProblem does not have a way to retrieve it. If you forget your password, it will need to be reset.
Q: How may I Sign Up to become a Buyer?
To Sign Up as a Buyer, simply click the "Create one now" link near the top of this page and complete the New Member Account Sign Up form. You may also click the Sign Up link in the top right-hand corner of any page or click the "Find out more" link (under the "How it works for buyers" section) at the bottom of our homepage to be directed to this page as well. Q: How may I Sign Up to become a Service Provider?
To Sign Up as a Service Provider, first click the "Create one now" link near the top of this page to be directed to the New Member Account Sign Up form. You may also click the Sign Up link in the top right-hand corner of any page to be directed to this page as well. Next, click the Business users link on this page. The sentence with the link states: "Business users click here to create your account." A list of Business Membership Plans will appear on your screen. Please select the appropriate plan for your business and click the applicable Sign Up button. Last, complete our New Seller Account Sign Up form. Remember, although we do provide more advanced Business Membership Plans for a small fee, our base plan is completely and 100% free!
On a side note, the page of Business Membership Plans may also be accessed from our homepage. Simply click the "Find out more" link (under the "How it works for Service Providers" section) at the bottom of our homepage to be directed to this page as well.
Q: May I sign up as a Buyer and a Service Provider?
Yes! Any user may sign up as a Buyer, Service Provider, or both. However, to keep our community safe from fraudulent activity, we do require a separate account for each type of Member. This keeps activity separate, allowing a Member to earn unique and individual reputations for their buying and selling activities.
Q: What does membership cost for NotAProblem?
Absolutely nothing! Membership is 100% free!
Q: What do I do if I forget my Login?
Unfortunately, if you forget your Login, we are unable to help you. For security purposes, NotAProblem does not store this information. Your only course of action will be to create a new account. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Q: What do I do if I forget my Password?
If you forget your Password, click the "Forgot your password?" link toward the top of the Login page and complete our Forgot Password Form. Once all aspects of the Forgot Password Form has been properly completed and submitted, we will email you instructions on how to reset your account information. For security purposes, NotAProblem does not store any account Passwords. Therefore, once a Password is forgotten, it is lost for good. Our only course of action is to reset your secret code.
