Boxcar Willie Hotel’s Phase I Renovation Complete!
We’re proud to announce the completion of Phase I of our $.25 million renovation. All guest rooms now feature new furniture, bedding, and carpet—all with a fresh, contemporary vibe. Phase II, which will round out our new look with new wall treatments, artwork and window coverings is well underway. Our updated lobby, done in Ralph Lauren red with rich wood wainscoting, boasts original oil paintings, a fire burning in the hearth, a stunning crystal chandelier, and a 50-inch television. An antique player piano with more than 200 vintage scrolls from the 1910s through the 1940s is en route from its present home near Memphis, Tennessee. Mention our new piano when you make your reservation and receive a 15% discount!
