The Comets
Because of all the appreciation for country, rock, and music in the Midwest, this Branson Show is a favorite. Down the road from Branson, in Gatlinburg Tennessee, there is the Back to the 50's show, for example, not to mention The Elvis Experience right here in Branson. The Comets, of Bill Haley and the Comets, don't put on a tribute; they're doing the real thing. Real, live and authentic, The Comets are the first band to fuse country and western with rhythm and blues to create rock ‘n’ roll—bring the golden era of rock alive in the beautiful Dick Clark American Bandstand Theater. Featuring all five of the surviving members of Bill Haley and the Comets, these legendary performers will knock your socks off when they perform such beloved hits as “Rock Around the Clock,” “Shake Rattle n’ Roll,” and “See Ya Later Alligator,” as well as exciting all new material.
